Article V - Meetings

Section 1. - Regular Annual Meeting Requirement

The regular annual meeting of this organization shall be held between June 1 and July 31, unless otherwise ordered by the State Executive Committee by super majority (2/3). The time and place of each meeting shall be selected by the Executive Committee.

Section 2. - Purpose of Annual Meeting

The regular annual meeting shall be for the purpose of electing officers, receiving reports of the officers and committees, for amending the Constitution, for amending the ByLaws, and for such other business as may arise.

Section 3. - Calling a Special Meeting

A special meeting shall be held at the call of the Chairman or upon request of 10 percent of the membership. In the case that the delegation method is being used, 10 percent of the delegation will be required.

Section 4. - Regular Executive Committee Meetings

Regular meetings of the Executive Committee shall be held at least two weeks following the regular meeting and not less than one week preceding the next regular meeting of the membership or delegation at such time and at such place as may be determined by the Chairman.

Section 5. - Calling a Special Executive Committee Meeting

Special meetings of the Executive Committee may be called by the Chairman or upon written request by 10 percent of the members of the Executive Committee. The purpose of the meeting is to be stated in the call and no other business is to be transacted.

Section 6. - Calling a No Confidence Vote Meeting

A vote of NO Confidence with a candidate, elected official, or a member of the Executive Committee shall be held at the petition of 10% of the Executive Committee.

The voting shall be conducted during a special meeting called by State Chairman or Vice Chairman and will be done in the manner prescribed in the ByLaws of this organization.
